At Old World Christmas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your festive treasures. If your ornament or home decor isn't perfect, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original decorative gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
